You can participate in Fear Not Indirect Mail by writing "Have no fear"
on a piece of paper and mailing it to the Fear Not Project at 239 Page Street,
San Francisco, CA 94102.

You can participate in Fear Not Radio by calling 1-888-END2FEAR (1-888-363-2332)
and leaving a message saying "Don't be afraid." See more info and samples of Fear Not Radio.
Fear Not Radio is a collection of recordings of participants saying "Fear not,"
"Don't be afraid," and similar messages. Participating is easy. All you have to do is call 1-888-END2FEAR (1-888-363-2332)
and leave a message saying "Don't be afraid." If you would like to be listed
as one of the participants, you can also include your name, age, and/or
location. All languages are welcome, and
feel free to say the phrase in multiple languages in your message.
You can listen to the raw version of Fear Not Radio below. For installations, I enlist the help
of my good friend John Given to do sound design that creates a more atmospheric effect.
